Refund Policy

BY CLICKING THE “I ACCEPT” BUTTON, COMPLETING THE ACCOUNT CREATION PROCESS, OR USING VIROOL’S SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS REFUND AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A THIRD PARTY(IES) (FOR INSTANCE, AS AN ADVERTISING AGENCY ON BEHALF OF A CLIENT OR AS A RESELLER), YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY(IES), AND THE TERMS “CLIENT,” “YOU,” OR “YOUR” WILL ALSO REFER TO SUCH THIRD PARTY(IES). VIROOL MAY MODIFY THE AGREEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME; CONTINUED USE 30 DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE.

IMPORTANT: BY AGREEING TO THIS REFUND AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH VIROOL THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION (AND, WITH VERY LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, NOT IN COURT), AND YOU WAIVE CERTAIN RIGHTS TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, AS DETAILED IN SECTION 15.

90 DAYS REFUND POLICY

We accepts all return requests for all the unused funds on your account up to 90 days from the day of the initial payment. No returns will be made pass 90 days from the original day of purchase. We can only refund to the original form of payment, we can not refund to any other credit cards or accounts other than the original form of payment.

BONUS/CREDIT REFUNDS

If you received any bonuses or additional credit to your account, it is not refundable. Also please note that bonus money is always spent/used last on your account once your deposited money has been used first.

CAMPAIGN MISTAKES

We can not process any refunds due to the incorrect settings done on the customer's end. If the account was managed by one of the Virool representatives please speak with the representative directly if you have any issues or questions.

ACCOUNT PASS 120 DAYS

If you has a credit balance with Virool for greater than 120 days, Virool has a right to refund any portion of a credit balance to the valid payment method on file for Client’s Account, even if Client has not requested a refund. Virool may close Client’s Account at any time after issuing such refund. Please note any amount left pass 90 days on the account (pass the initial payment) can not be refunded.

ACCOUNT PASS 6 MONTHS

Virool has a right to close any inactive account after 6 months.
